Evelyn Anastasiou is a visual artist based in Limassol, Cyprus. Her practice explores the structures of emotional and socio-political identity. Using musical symbols and musical language, Evelyn’s work comprises mainly sound installations.
With _.Touk for D-S, Evelyn proposes a selection of Instagram videos, blending performative and visual culture. Recontextualising such found digital material, Evelyn creates a means to resolve both her artistic and social concerns.
